Candidates are required to have the appropriate combination of qualifications and experience that will make them successful in the child welfare field. Applications will be accepted for positions from people with either a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling or a degree in other child and family curriculums. Non-degreed positions will require evidence of a high school diploma or equivalency. All degrees from foreign universities will require verification by an appropriate credentialing body.
